Delivery

All orders are shipped from Cambridgeshire, UK using Royal Mail or Evri – whichever works best based on the size of your parcel and where it's headed.

Processing Time

Everything is made to order by me, so please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be made, packed, and shipped. If it’s a pre-order or I’m juggling a big launch, I’ll keep you in the loop via email or Instagram.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days.
This can vary slightly depending on strikes, local delays, or if your postie’s having a weird day.

Packaging

Your order will arrive in recyclable packaging – currently soft pink mailers and tissue paper. I keep things minimal, plastic-free where I can, and always low-waste.

Delivery Instructions

Please don’t leave me specific parcel instructions like “leave it behind the shed” or “put it in the blue bin.” I can’t add those to shipping labels – that’s between you and your local delivery person.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Royal Mail and Evri are usually pretty reliable, but if your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, drop me a message on the contact page and I’ll look into it.

Returns

I’m a one-person brand, so I don’t have a fancy returns portal. If you need to return or exchange something, just drop me a message via the Contact Page with your order details and I’ll send you the instructions. Returns need to be sent back within 28 days, and I can’t cover the return postage – sorry about that. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? No problem. The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order, that way it won’t sell out while your return is on the way. Once I receive your return (unworn, unwashed, and in original condition), I’ll process it as normal.
