Terms & Conditions
Last updated: [25/07/2025]
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through syncopate.me. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you have any questions, drop me a message via the contact page.
1. About Syncopate
Syncopate is a one-person indie brand based in Cambridgeshire, UK. All items are designed and printed by hand – small-scale, slow-fashion style.
2. Products
Each item is made to order or produced in small batches. While I do my best to show accurate colours and details, please allow for slight variations due to screen settings or the handmade nature of the process.
3. Orders & Payment
Your order is confirmed once payment is received. I accept all major debit/credit cards via Wix’s secure checkout, as well as other listed payment methods.
If there’s an issue with your order (stock, sizing, payment errors etc), I’ll contact you as soon as possible.
4. Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days. For more info, visit the Delivery page.
UK delivery only at this time.
5. Returns & Cancellations
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
See the Returns page for more info.
To cancel an order before it ships, contact me as soon as possible.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll make it right. Please email me with your order number and a photo within 14 days of receiving it.
7. Copyright, Trademarks & Design
All artwork, designs, product names, and written content on this website belong to Syncopate (unless otherwise credited). Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use any of it without permission.
Dunga-Tee and Dungatee are registered trademarks owned by Syncopate. Use of these terms for similar products without permission is not allowed.
8. Privacy
I respect your data. For more details, see the full Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Liability
I’m not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by things outside my control – like courier delays, postal strikes, or unexpected gremlins in the system.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated occasionally. Any changes will be posted here with an updated date at the top.
